FLOW is a Pilates-led fitness studio in Kalamaria, built around a simple idea: quality of service, dedication, and love for the craft show up in every session and every minute spent inside the space. The brand operates across two studios in the same area, runs 44 hours of classes a day, and separates beginner and advanced students into their own rooms — a clear stance on respect for the method. FLOW also designs its own internationally-patented training equipment, runs FLOW Method 365 as a year-long progressive training plan, and organises Sweat for the Earth, a community recycling initiative around Kalamaria. The website had to show all of that — the space, the services, the schedule, the method, the values — in a way that matches the brand’s care for detail. Kukarika handled both design and development end to end, delivering a custom WordPress + ACF platform that brings two studios, an evolving class schedule, the FLOW Method, and the community programme together into one coherent home.

A two-discipline fitness brand — one Pilates studio, one fitness studio — that takes its methods seriously, schedules dozens of classes a day, designs its own equipment, and runs community initiatives. The site had to present all of that without flattening any of it — and stay easy for the FLOW team to keep current as the schedule and the programme evolve.

01

Show the space

Both studios are part of the brand — clean, private, calm. The site had to communicate the feeling of walking in before the visitor ever walks in.

02

Two disciplines, one brand

FLOW operates a Pilates studio AND a fitness studio in Kalamaria. The site had to give each its own identity (focus, services, schedule, photography) while keeping the brand reading as one coherent voice.

03

Pilates levels

In the Pilates studio, beginners and advanced students train in separate rooms — that distinction is core to the method. The class structure had to be presented clearly, not buried in a generic timetable.

04

Schedule at scale

44 hours of classes daily across the two studios meant the schedule needed to be readable at a glance and easy for the team to update without engineering involvement.

05

Method storytelling

FLOW Method 365 (year-long progressive plan), the internationally-patented equipment, and Sweat for the Earth are each their own story. The site had to give them dedicated editorial space, not bullet points in a footer.

06

Member-first tone

The brand is built on genuine interest, encouragement, and guidance. The voice and the layout had to read warm and personal — not generic gym-template.

07

Team autonomy

The studio team needed to manage schedules, services, news, and content directly — no developer in the loop every time class times shift or a new programme launches.

A custom WordPress + ACF platform designed and built end to end by Kukarika — clean, image-led, member-first. The Pilates studio, the fitness studio, a daily 44-hour class grid across both, the FLOW Method, the patented equipment, and the Sweat for the Earth programme each get their own dedicated home, and the FLOW team manages all of it without code.

Design by Kukarika

  • Visual identity and site design produced in-house — typography, layout, photography treatment, motion all set within Kukarika
  • Calm, image-first composition that matches the studio's tone — generous whitespace, member-focused photography, restrained type
  • Mobile-first execution that holds the same precision the studios maintain on the floor
  • Brand consistency from the homepage hero through the class schedule, the equipment showcase, and the Sweat for the Earth page

Custom WordPress + ACF Platform

  • WordPress + Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) for maximum content flexibility
  • ACF Flexible Content blocks for studios, classes, services, equipment, programmes, and editorial features
  • Custom post types for locations (studios), classes, services, and equipment items
  • Editor-friendly back-office that gives the FLOW team control over composition, not just copy
  • Modular architecture that grows with the studio — new classes, new equipment, new programmes plug straight in

Two-Studio, Two-Discipline Architecture

  • Dedicated pages for the Pilates studio and the fitness studio — address, photography, services, opening hours, contact, and per-studio class schedule
  • Shared brand spine with discipline-specific content where it matters — the Pilates studio reads as a Pilates studio, the fitness studio reads as a fitness studio
  • Cross-linking between the two studios and the central FLOW brand pages so visitors move between disciplines effortlessly
  • A clear "Pick your studio" entry point on the homepage and in the navigation

Services & Class Schedule

  • Service pages tailored to each discipline — Pilates by level, fitness training, group sessions, private sessions, signature programmes
  • Class schedule module showing 44 hours of daily classes across both studios, filterable by studio (Pilates / fitness), level, time of day, and instructor
  • In the Pilates studio, the beginner ↔ advanced separation is surfaced on every level-relevant page — the brand's stance on respect for the method is visible, not hidden
  • Edit-once-show-everywhere model — the team updates a class in one place and it propagates across studio, level, and weekly views

FLOW Method, Equipment & Programmes

  • Dedicated editorial home for FLOW Method 365 — the year-long progressive training plan presented in full, not in a footer link
  • A proprietary-equipment showcase that gives the internationally-patented FLOW training tools the visibility they deserve — photography, description, the role each piece plays in the method
  • Sweat for the Earth landing — the Kalamaria plastic-recycling community programme presented as a first-class initiative, not a press-release page
  • Each strand cross-links into classes and services so visitors arrive from any angle and find the path through

Performance & Maintenance

  • Lazy loading and adaptive image delivery tuned for large-scale studio photography
  • Cloudflare CDN delivery so the site loads fast on every device, including in-studio screens
  • Core Web Vitals tuned so the brand reads as polished on every connection
  • Continuous platform maintenance — updates, security, content support — handled by Kukarika

A digital home that reads like the studios themselves — calm, focused, member-first — and a platform the FLOW team can run on their own as classes, programmes, and initiatives evolve.

  • Brand presentation — the digital experience now reads with the same care the studios carry on the floor
  • Two disciplines, one site — the Pilates studio and the fitness studio each have their own identity while the brand stays unified
  • Schedule clarity — 44 hours of daily classes across both studios are filterable and legible at a glance
  • Method visibility — FLOW Method 365, the patented equipment, and Sweat for the Earth each get their own editorial home
  • Team autonomy — classes, services, programmes, and news are managed by the FLOW team without developer involvement
  • Member-first tone — the warmth and care of the studio comes through on every page
  • Growth-ready — new classes, new equipment, new programmes plug straight into the existing architecture

// Outcome

The FLOW Fitness platform is a digital extension of two studios that take their work seriously — one Pilates, one fitness, both built on the same care for the member and the space.

Designed and developed end to end by Kukarika on a WordPress + ACF foundation, the site brings the Pilates studio, the fitness studio, an evolving 44-hour schedule across both, FLOW Method 365, the internationally-patented equipment, and the Sweat for the Earth community programme together into one coherent home — one the FLOW team runs themselves as classes, programmes, and members continue to grow.
