A custom-built CRM for the Anadomo group of construction companies in Thessaloniki. The platform centralises every renovation project — from first client contact through offers, contracts, appointments, payments, and final delivery — in a single source of truth. Built as a fast, single-page web app on top of a clean API backend, it gives managers a live, top-down view of company operations and gives every team member the context they need, without digging through email threads or shared drives.

Renovation projects are long-running, document-heavy, and involve a constantly shifting cast of clients, consultants, and trades. The Anadomo team needed a tool that turned that complexity into clarity — at a glance.
