Ipodomi Techniki is a modern Architecture-Engineering-Construction & Development firm built at the intersection of nearly six decades of construction experience and a tech-forward present. The studio designs residences, offices, commercial stores, tourist accommodation, and hospitality venues — in both new and existing buildings — and runs two distinct specialisms side by side: deep expertise in monument restoration, and a steadily growing practice in contemporary architecture of distinctive character. The studio’s DNA is technological: BIM design, Scan-to-BIM, Digital Twins, IoT, AR, VR, sustainability, and smart building design are everyday tools, not future-state ambitions. A multidisciplinary team of architectural, civil, mechanical, and surveyor engineers works alongside project managers, economists, business managers, administrative staff, and the firm’s permanent skilled workforce. In collaboration with Blind Studio (design), Kukarika delivered a custom WordPress + ACF platform that brings the portfolio, the technological capabilities, the service spectrum, and the team profile together into one coherent home — image-first, scalable, and easy for the firm to keep current as new projects ship.

A six-decade engineering firm with a portfolio that spans monument restoration to smart buildings, a stack that includes BIM, Digital Twins, and AR/VR, and a multidisciplinary team that has to be presented as a single coherent capability. The site had to reflect all of that without flattening any of it — and stay easy for the studio to keep current as projects ship.

01

Six decades of portfolio

Nearly 60 years of project work — restoration, residential, commercial, tourism, hospitality — across new and existing buildings. The site needed to make that depth navigable, not overwhelming.

02

Tech-forward positioning

BIM design, Scan-to-BIM, Digital Twins, IoT, AR, VR, sustainability, and smart building design are core to the firm's practice. The site had to present this tech DNA as everyday capability — not buzzword bingo.

03

Dual specialism

Monument restoration AND contemporary architecture both lead the offering. Each needed its own editorial space without splitting the brand into two sites.

04

Service breadth

Residences, offices, commercial stores, tourist accommodation, hospitality venues — and all of them in new OR existing buildings. The service architecture had to handle that combinatorial range cleanly.

05

Multidisciplinary team

Architectural, civil, mechanical, and surveyor engineers, project managers, economists, business managers, administrative staff, and a permanent workforce — to be presented as one capability, not a long list.

06

Image-first presentation

Architectural and restoration work demands large, high-quality photography. The site had to honour the photography without sacrificing load speed.

07

Content autonomy

The firm needed to add new projects, capabilities, services, and team members without engineering involvement — the portfolio grows often, the site has to keep up.

A custom WordPress + ACF platform designed alongside Blind Studio — restrained typography, image-first composition, capability-aware structure. Projects, services, technologies, and the team each get their own structured home; the firm composes new entries from reusable blocks without a developer in the loop.

Custom WordPress + ACF Platform

  • WordPress + Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) for maximum content flexibility
  • ACF Flexible Content blocks for projects, services, technologies, team, and editorial features
  • Custom post types for projects, services, technologies, and team members with rich metadata — typology, scale, location, year, lead disciplines, technologies deployed
  • Editor-friendly back-office that gives the studio control over composition, not just copy
  • Modular architecture that grows with the portfolio — new projects, new services, new tech capabilities all plug straight in

Design Collaboration with Blind Studio

  • Blind Studio led the visual identity — restrained typography, generous whitespace, photography-led composition
  • Kukarika translated the design into a pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress theme
  • Brand consistency from typography to spacing to image treatment, on every screen
  • Mobile-first execution that holds the same precision the firm carries through its drawings and deliverables

Project Portfolio — Restoration + Modern

  • Dedicated project detail pages combining photography, text, drawings, specifications, and credits
  • Two-track filtering across the portfolio — monument restoration on one side, contemporary architecture on the other — without splitting the brand
  • Filtering by typology (residential, office, commercial, tourism, hospitality), by intervention (new build vs. existing building), and by year
  • Cross-linking between projects, services deployed, and technologies used — every project carries its full story in one place
  • Image-first galleries optimised for full-bleed architectural and restoration photography

Technology Capabilities

  • A dedicated capabilities module that gives the firm's technological DNA real editorial space — BIM design, Scan-to-BIM, Digital Twins, IoT, AR, VR, sustainability, and smart building design each get their own structured page
  • Capabilities cross-link to projects where they've been deployed — clients see the tech AND the proof
  • Designed to expand — new capabilities slot in alongside the existing ones without restructuring
  • Presented as everyday tools the firm works with, not as marketing claims

Services & Building Types

  • Service pages structured around the firm's offerings — residential, office, commercial, tourism, hospitality
  • Each service handles both new builds AND interventions on existing buildings without separate trees of pages
  • Cross-links from services to relevant projects and technologies — the reader can follow the thread from "what we do" to "where we've done it" in one click

Team & Disciplines

  • Team module covering architectural, civil, mechanical, and surveyor engineers, project managers, economists, business managers, administrative staff, and the firm's permanent skilled workforce
  • Per-person profiles with discipline, role, and contributions where relevant
  • Structured so the firm reads as one multidisciplinary capability, not a list of roles
  • Editor-managed end to end — new hires are a content task, not an engineering one

Performance & Scalability

  • Lazy loading and adaptive image delivery tuned for large-scale architectural and restoration photography
  • Cloudflare CDN delivery for fast loads across devices and regions
  • Core Web Vitals tuned so the firm reads as polished on every connection
  • Built-in scalability — new projects, new capabilities, new team members plug straight into the existing architecture

A digital presence that reads like the firm — six decades of portfolio, a tech-forward present, and a multidisciplinary team — all visible at a glance and easy for the studio to keep current as the work ships.

  • Portfolio clarity — six decades of work navigable across restoration, contemporary builds, typology, intervention, and year
  • Technology visibility — BIM, Scan-to-BIM, Digital Twins, IoT, AR, VR, sustainability, and smart building each have their own editorial home, with proof in the projects
  • Dual specialism — monument restoration and contemporary architecture both read as lead offerings within a single brand
  • Team as capability — engineers, project managers, economists, business managers, and workforce read as one coherent operation
  • Editor autonomy — projects, services, capabilities, and team members are managed by the studio without developer involvement
  • Brand consistency — digital experience aligns with Blind Studio's visual system end to end
  • Growth-ready — new projects, new capabilities, new disciplines plug straight into the existing architecture

// Outcome

The Ipodomi Techniki website is a digital extension of the firm's combined heritage and tech-forward present — the same care for the monument and the same fluency in BIM, Digital Twins, IoT, AR, and VR show up on every page.

With Blind Studio's visual leadership and Kukarika's modular WordPress + ACF development, the studio now has a scalable, image-first platform that grows with the portfolio and keeps its multidisciplinary team, its dual specialism, and its technological DNA visible to clients in every market.
