Mathioudakis Elevators is a Greek elevator company with more than 40 years in the field — founded as a sole proprietorship by Christos Mathioudakis in Kallithea, Attica in 1979 and passed to the next generation in 2007. Lifting thousands of people safely every day, it is among the most dynamic and recognisable names in the Greek elevator sector, known for personalised service and a continuous drive to evolve. Its offering is complete: installation, upgrade, maintenance, technical support, and certification of lifting equipment, all delivered to current legislation and European standards. The company needed a corporate platform that communicates the breadth of those five services, the tiered maintenance plans, the regulatory context that drives demand (certification deadlines, upgrade obligations), and the deep technical support it offers across virtually every elevator brand on the market. In collaboration with Blind Studio (design), Kukarika delivered a custom WordPress + ACF platform that brings the company story, the services, the maintenance plans, and the technical credentials together into one authoritative, easy-to-maintain home.

A 40-year elevator company offering five distinct services in a heavily-regulated sector — where certification deadlines, safety standards, and upgrade obligations drive demand. The site had to communicate all of that with the authority and clarity the field demands, and stay easy for the Mathioudakis team to keep current as regulations and plans change.

01

Five distinct services

Maintenance, Installation, Certification, Upgrade, and Technical Support — each with its own process, audience, and regulatory weight. The site had to give each a clear home without fragmenting the brand.

02

Tiered maintenance plans

Economy, Standard, Advanced, and Full maintenance plans needed clear, comparable presentation so building managers could pick the right level at a glance.

03

Regulatory context

Certification deadlines, the EN 13015 maintenance standard, ΚΥΑ 2604/Β/2008 obligations, and registration requirements drive demand. The site had to explain the legal landscape clearly without reading like a statute.

04

Technical-support breadth

The company services virtually every elevator brand and control panel on the market — Otis, Kleemann, Schindler, Kone, and many more. That coverage is a real differentiator and needed to be visible.

05

40-year heritage

From a 1979 sole proprietorship to a second-generation company — the longevity and generational continuity are core to the brand's trust, and had to come through.

06

Safety & trust authority

Elevators are a safety-critical purchase. The design and tone had to read precise, reliable, and authoritative — the language a building manager needs to feel confident.

07

Content autonomy

Plans, deadlines, and serviced brands change. The team needed to manage services, maintenance tiers, and content directly — no developer in the loop.

A custom WordPress + ACF platform designed alongside Blind Studio — precise, reliable, authoritative. The five services, the tiered maintenance plans, the regulatory guidance, and the technical-support coverage each get their own structured home, and the Mathioudakis team manages all of it without code.

Custom WordPress + ACF Platform

  • WordPress + Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) for maximum content flexibility
  • ACF Flexible Content blocks for services, maintenance plans, regulatory guidance, and editorial features
  • Custom post types for services and maintenance plans with rich metadata — scope, standard, deadline, included features
  • Editor-friendly back-office that gives the Mathioudakis team control over composition, not just copy
  • Modular architecture that grows with the company — new plans, new regulations, new serviced brands all plug straight in

Design Collaboration with Blind Studio

  • Blind Studio led the visual identity — precise typography, generous whitespace, reliability-forward composition
  • Kukarika translated the design into a pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress theme
  • Brand consistency from typography to spacing to image treatment, on every screen
  • Mobile-first execution that holds the same precision the company carries into every installation

Services Architecture

  • Dedicated pages for each of the five services — Maintenance, Installation, Certification, Upgrade, Technical Support
  • Each service explains the process, the standards it follows, and the typical client situation
  • Cross-linking between services — a certification need leads naturally to upgrade, upgrade to maintenance
  • Structured so the company reads as one complete lifting-equipment partner, from install through certification to ongoing care

Tiered Maintenance Plans

  • Clear, comparable presentation of the Economy, Standard, Advanced, and Full maintenance plans
  • Per-plan feature lists — scheduled visits, safety checks, issue reporting, ERGO insurance, WinLIFTnext mobile app, consumable-parts discounts
  • Built so a building manager can compare tiers and pick the right level at a glance
  • Editor-managed so the team can adjust plan features and pricing as the offering evolves

Regulatory & Certification Guidance

  • Plain-language explanation of the legal landscape — EN 13015 maintenance standard, ΚΥΑ 2604/Β/2008 certification obligations, registration requirements
  • Guidance on what drives an upgrade — installation date, elevator type (hydraulic / electric), cabin and shaft dimensions, periodic inspection, maintenance history
  • Surfacing of deadlines and obligations that prompt building managers to act
  • A clear path from "what does the law require" to "here's how we get you compliant"

Technical Support & Brand Coverage

  • A dedicated technical-support section communicating that the company services virtually every elevator and control panel on the market
  • Coverage across major manufacturers — Otis, Kleemann, Schindler, Kone, Metron, GMV, and many more — plus chain hoists, person lifts, and load lifts
  • Positions the breadth of support as the differentiator it is — "every problem made to look easy"
  • Structured so new serviced brands and equipment types slot in without restructuring

Performance & Maintenance

  • Lazy loading and adaptive image delivery tuned for installation and equipment photography
  • Cloudflare CDN delivery for fast loads across devices and regions
  • Core Web Vitals tuned so the company reads as polished on every connection
  • Continuous platform maintenance — updates, security, content support — handled by Kukarika

A corporate presence that reads like the company — precise, reliable, safety-first — and a platform the Mathioudakis team runs themselves as services, plans, and regulations evolve.

  • Service clarity — five services each have their own clear home within one complete lifting-equipment partner
  • Plan comparison — Economy / Standard / Advanced / Full maintenance tiers are presented comparably so managers pick the right level fast
  • Regulatory guidance — certification deadlines, EN 13015, and ΚΥΑ obligations explained in plain language, turning compliance pressure into a clear path
  • Technical authority — coverage across every major elevator brand surfaced as the differentiator it is
  • Heritage & trust — 40 years and a second-generation story read as the safety credentials they are
  • Content autonomy — services, plans, and content managed by the Mathioudakis team without developer involvement
  • Brand consistency — digital experience aligns with Blind Studio's visual system end to end

// Outcome

The m-elevators.gr platform is a digital extension of a company that has been lifting people safely since 1979 — the same precision in the installations, the same rigour in the certifications, the same reliability across every service shows up on every page.

With Blind Studio's visual leadership and Kukarika's WordPress + ACF development, Mathioudakis Elevators now has an authoritative, editor-friendly platform that explains a complex regulated field in plain language and grows with the company — every new plan, new regulation, and new serviced brand slotting straight in.
